ANYONE CAN FREEDIVE!

Learning to Quiet the Mind and TRUST Yourself

I've never felt like the typical freediver 'type'. When i first started, everyone seemed so zen and laid-back and I was a neurotic, hyperactive mess.

The key to this awesome sport is relaxation and focus. As someone who's pretty anxious with a short attention span, this does NOT come naturally.

I've learned and developed some useful skills to cope with nerves, racing thoughts and overthinking. I focus my teaching a lot on helping students to overcome this and letting them verbalize and work through any anxieties that come up during a session.

I've seen first hand what a HUGE difference your mental state makes to your dives and if I can help others get to a place where their mind is 'behaving' enough to have serene, comfortable dives then I've done my job! Also if we've all had a few laughs along the way...

BIG FIN ENERGY

Experience the epic underwater world on one single breath

I learned to freedive in Mexico in the famously beautiful cenotes. I was instantly obsessed with the feeling of being underwater, relying only on my body and mind.

Many trips and certifications later, I settled in Austin to share my knowledge and passion with others.

I hope to show people how great this sport is for your self-confidence, a solid, fun community and as a pure connection to nature!
