Service Description
The next certification up from AIDA 2 gets into more detail and more depth! This 3-day course involves dynamic apnea, training tables, static breath hold, even more advanced safety/rescue and depth training plus the introduction of free fall. Equipment available for rental! (Private course available upon request) COURSE SCHEDULE: Day 1: Classroom theory session - Buoyancy, free fall, the body at depth & training concepts Confined water session - advanced rescue skills, static breath hold, dynamic distance & buddying Open water session - Depth skills and technique plus safety/buddying Day 2: Confined water session - training tables Open water session - Depth skills plus rescue and free fall Day 3: 2 x Open water sessions - Depth requirement between 24-30m Classroom - Exam and review of answers REQUIREMENTS: Over 18 AIDA 2 certification or equivalent from other agency
